Real time keeps running
The case has a fixed real-time limit. Reading and typing use that available examination time; refreshing does not reset it.
Clinical time processes events
An order is confirmed first. Advancing simulated time allows due actions and results to be processed in sequence.
Open the report
A released report has not necessarily been reviewed. Open the new report before relying on it; a previous result remains a previous result.
Final review is a different phase
At the case-end stage, review released information and finalise permitted orders. You cannot keep advancing clinical time or obtain pending results.
