MeduPrep

Organiser guide

Set the session up
before the clock starts.

A practical guide for arranging supervised practice around the individual MeduPrep mock workspace.

Before the session

1

Confirm the arrangement

Check each learner has the right offering and mode. Confirm the available case set, its completeness and the relevant sitting allowance.

2

Allow enough uninterrupted time

Use the timing in the actual start screen, including the authored stages. Ask learners to test their connection and sound before starting.

3

Explain the sitting rule

Starting is deliberate. Leaving or refreshing does not pause the clock, restore used time or grant another sitting.

During and after the session

1

Stay with the assigned attempt

Use the same active attempt after a refresh. Do not create duplicate sittings to recover a connection.

2

Report technical interruptions

Record the examination and time of the issue. Do not send passwords or patient information to support.

3

Use feedback after the circuit

Feedback is released at the circuit’s end. Ask learners to identify the evidence behind one point they will improve.
